Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, while maintaining high standards of quality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to food safety guidelines at all times. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions and operate the till, ensuring basic maths skills are applied for accurate billing. Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment and support each other during peak times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. A friendly disposition with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. A genuine passion for coffee and customer service!
