Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and customer service, ensuring that every customer has a delightful experience. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Our opening hours are from 8am-5pm, therefore shifts are from 7.30am to 5.30pm.

We are open 7 days per week so we ask for commitment for at least one day at the weekend.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, including equipment and utensils. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations during food preparation and service. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation or as a Barista is preferred. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment. A friendly disposition with excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
