Contract Type: Term-Time Only, Permanent

Working Hours: 8 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Working Weeks: 36 weeks per year (term time only)

Salary: 12.21 per hour

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for two Baristas to join our team at Coleg Gwent Crosskeys. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a friendly, customer-focused environment.



As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot beverages while delivering excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors. The role also involves maintaining stock levels and supporting the daily operation of the cafe.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and serving a range of hot drinks to a high standard Delivering outstanding customer service Assisting with stock replenishment and general cafe duties

What We're Looking For

No prior experience required - full training will be provided A positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team
