The Lion Gate Cafe is looking to hire an

experienced

barista

to do a

full-time work

, on fleixble hours.

We are a fast-pased, great location cafe, suited just next to the entrance to Bushy Park, Hampton Court Road side. We pride in our coffee, thus as a barista, you will be essential in crafting high-quality coffee beverages and delivering exceptional customer service in a vibrant cafe environment. We constantly try to upgrade our drinks, bring new ideas in and even make our own.

We all strive to use our hospitality skills to enhance the overall customer experience!
The cafe has become more popular recently and are looking for someone to cover days, which we might be busier. Days need to be covered would be during the week, as well as weekends

Full-time;

Important days to cover:

Tuesday, Thursday and Weekends.

We, also provide a

regular rota to the best of our abilities

, ideally, several weeks in advance.
We are looking for:

Someone who is

flexible with hours

; Able to

adapt to changes in the rota

. Will work

regularly, as requested

; Is able to multi-task and dosen't bend under preassure;

Has

coffee making

and waiting experiance

; Is

organized

and quick on his feet; Is

great with customers

and has bright personality;

Is able

to reliably commute

to work;

Food safty certification of any level is plus.

Duties and responsibilities

Prepare coffee, tea and other hot beverages*

Serve hot and cold beverages*
Heating and serving of hot sandwiches an quiches Serving cold sandwiches Maintain a clean and sanitized environment for customers and staff

General table and floor cleaning + washing dishes*
Develop positive relationships with customers and provide accurate and timely service Suggest other items or services as customer needs arise

Skills

Proven work experience as a Barista*
Hands-on experience with coffee machines, including single-serve machines Some experiance with hot food and heating food (sandwiches and quiches) Knowledge of sanitation regulations Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods of time Excellent people skills
