Weekend availability is essential as this role will involve regular shifts during weekends.

Opening hours, 9 am - 4 pm every day.

About the Role

4 Seasons Brasserie is seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our busy team. This is a fast-paced role requiring consistency, speed, and attention to detail. You will be producing a high volume of coffee and cold drinks to a high standard while maintaining excellent service under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee using a traditional espresso machine Consistently produce coffees with basic latte art and pattern work Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality Manage workflow logically to ensure speed and consistency Serving cold beverages including smoothies, milkshakes & alcoholic drinks Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station Ensure excellent customer service at all times Follow food safety and hygiene standards Flexible work outlook, helping other team members when busy

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience working as a barista Fluent in English and good communication skills Proven experience using a traditional espresso machine Ability to perform basic latte art Strong ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment Logical, organised approach to coffee preparation Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Weekend availability is essential
