We're on the lookout for a friendly, experienced
Barista
to join the team at our brand new cafe and restaurant inEdinburgh
- Cafe Calton.This role, ideal for someone who thrives in an enjoyable hospitality environment and is passionate about excellent service.
What You'll Do:
Consistently produce excellent coffee and drinks to the standard our guests expect Run table service to a high standard, providing guests with the best experience possible Help create a inclusive, guest-focused culture with your new team mates Ensure consistent service standards and a warm, welcoming atmosphere Help across the venue where needed; running, cleaning and supporting
What We're Looking For:
Previous
barista experience
and confidence in preparing high-quality coffee Previous front-of-house experience Positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love of hospitality Organised, reliable, and comfortable taking the lead when neededMinimum 25 hours per week with mixed shift pattern.
Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.50 per hour
