Job Description
Espresso & Sandwich is looking for Baristas to join our team! We are a small independent coffee shop and espresso bar in Edinburgh. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is interested in learning the industry.

Greet customers as they enter and provide a friendly, professional experience Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages and food Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including the preparation of food and bar items and the stocking of supplies Work cooperatively with other staff members Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning the front counter and restocking the inventory Other duties as assigned by manager Knowledge of all espresso drinks Ability to work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Education & Experience:
Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, but not required. Must be able to work well with others. We are a small company with many staff members sharing duties. Must be able to communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally both verbally and in writing. Must also be able to follow oral and written instructions. Must be able to work effectively with technology (e.g., email, phone, etc.) Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours or more)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to 13.50 per hour
