Job Description
We're looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team! As a Barista, you'll be the face of our coffee shop, providing exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality specialty coffee.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks to our high standards
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Develop knowledge of coffee, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
- Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop (desirable)
- Knowledge of coffee and brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy equipment

Pay: 12.60-13.00 per hour
