Duties

Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, ensuring consistency and quality. Serve food items with attention to presentation and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including cleaning equipment and sanitising surfaces in accordance with food safety standards. Take customer orders accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle transactions efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering queries, and ensuring a positive experience. Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts. Follow food safety protocols at all times to ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist in food preparation tasks when required, supporting team members during busy periods.

Skills

Proven

Barista experience

or familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is desirable. Knowledge of

food safety

standards and procedures to maintain hygiene standards. Experience in

customers in a fast-paced environment with a friendly demeanour. Basic
