We are seeking a passionate and dedicated full time Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve engaging with customers, ensuring their orders are accurately fulfilled, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. Assist customers in selecting their orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, seating areas, and equipment. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene practices during food preparation. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance customer experience.

Experience

Previous experience as a Barista is essentia. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. A friendly attitude with excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
