As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area, including equipment and utensils. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations during food preparation and serving. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions and operate the till with basic math skills. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Skills

Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards. Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn about different brewing techniques. Pay: 12.50-14.82 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
