We are currently recruiting Barista's and Food Service Assistants for a one of our clients near Leeds City Centre. You will be required to work two areas in Coffee Shops and in the Main restaurant areas providing an exceptional service to customers.

Requirements: -

Previous work history of barista and food service role as no training given.

Be able to multi-task and show initiative.

Reliable and committed to the job.

Be positive and able to work under pressure.

Excellent communication skills and customer relation, always focused & welcoming.

Able to work on your own and part of a large team.

Excellent timekeeping & attendance

Able to work at short notice at times or cover extra hours if needed.

. Experience in serving food in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.

. Handling payment transactions accurately for processing.

Basic food preparation skills, preparing snack items, displaying food items and cross selling of products, making barista coffees & speciality teas and other beverages. Serving hot meals on various counters, portion control, Allergen awareness

. Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.

. Liaise with the kitchen staff and monitor food levels on the counter and ensure enough food items/ portions available for customers

General cleaning of work areas, general cleaning and regular clearing, wiping & sanitising of tables.

Shifts:

Monday to Friday and some weekends required

Shifts consist of : 10.00am-14.30pm 11am-2.30pm,11.00am-19.00pm,12.00-3.00pm, 11.00-3.00pm, 5.00pm-7.00pm, 08.00am-3.30pm, 10.00am-17.30pm,11.30am-19.00pm
