up to 12.32 per hour / 24,024 pa, based on experience

Job Purpose

As a Barista / Front of House Assistant, you will be the welcoming face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring our customers have a memorable experience. You will be working alongside a supportive and friendly team running the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers, ensuring a positive and friendly experience Work collaboratively with the team to support smooth day-to-day operations Taking customer orders and handle cash and card transactions securely Assist with beverage preparation Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area Establish strong relationships with all customers and promptly address any complaints or issues

What we're looking for in our team members

You have a natural ability to make people feel welcome and bring a smile to their faces Ability to thrive in a busy environment, handling multiple tasks with confidence Passionate about food and drink with a high level of attention to detail A team player with a strong work ethic Excellent communication skills Welsh language skills are advantageous
While previous experience in hospitality as a barista, waiter, or waitress is helpful, it's not essential. What matters most to us is that you're hands-on with a positive attitude.
