Overview
At
Lola's Northampton
we are seeking a skilled Barista/Front of House attendant to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers and provide intuitive service. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the coffee preparation area
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly manner
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till with precision
Experience
- Previous
experience as a Barista and Front of house member is desirable
- Ability to work well under pressure and during busy periods
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
