Position: Experienced Barista | Front of House

We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our amazing team at The Acai Club, Datchet.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry. Confident in operating a till and taking customer orders. A passion for health, food, and fitness is a big plus. Ability to maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming work environment. Experience in a speciality coffee shop or similar venue. Strong knowledge of coffee and speciality drinks. Excellent barista skills, including latte art and an understanding of coffee craft. Friendly, people-oriented, enthusiastic, and easy-going personality. Passionate about both coffee and customer experience. Flexibility with working hours -- early mornings, late afternoons, and weekends. Must have the right to work in the UK. Looking to grow and develop with the business as we expand. Capable of working independently and performing well under pressure.
