Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team at Starbucks - EE Group in Belfast. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences while crafting high-quality beverages. Your contributions will help us maintain our commitment to quality and connection with our community.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items. Engage with customers to provide excellent service and build relationships. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area. Operate POS systems for transactions accurately. Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.

Qualifications

Proven customer service skills with a passion for coffee. Previous barista or coffee experience preferred. Strong time management abilities to handle busy periods effectively. Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
