[Qualifications]

Previous barista or coffee experience is highly preferred.

Strong customer service skills with a passion for engaging with people.

Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently. Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha, Micros) is a plus. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Knowledge of food safety standards is beneficial.]
