Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. Your role will involve not only serving delicious drinks but also maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to provide accurate information to customers. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the work area. Assist with food preparation as needed, including pastries and light snacks. Handle customer orders efficiently while managing time effectively during busy periods. Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and responsibly. Engage with customers to create a friendly environment and enhance their experience. Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and transactions.

Experience

Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates. Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable. Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is beneficial. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
