Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced, reliable, and customer-focused

Barista

to join our team full-time. If you know your way around an espresso machine, thrive under pressure, and love delivering great service with a smile, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages to a high standard Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Handle cash and card transactions using a POS system Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

Previous barista experience is essential (minimum 6 months preferred)

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods Punctual, dependable, and well-presented Must be available for early mornings, weekends, and flexible shifts
