What We Do: The barista will serve as a key front-of-house team member at the Greenford Campus, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, eager to develop their skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility is essential, as the role requires working various shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
WORKING PATTERN:

  • Flexible Rota
  • 40 hours per week,
  • Monday - Friday Anytime between 7:45am to 7:45pm
  • Saturday - Sunday: 8:30 to 3:30.
  • *Must be willing to work weekends and evenings*
  • The rota is provided at week-two weeks in advance.
About the Role:
  • Greet all customers warmly and provide assistance with a genuine willingness to help.
  • Prepare beverages according to established recipes.
  • Ensure smooth and timely service for all customers, maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
  • Serve customers with a thorough knowledge of the products available.
  • Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of counters and products.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.
  • Receive and process payments accurately.
  • Serve beverages and prepared food to customers efficiently.
  • Keep all areas of the cafeteria organised, and well-maintained.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by working various shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
About you:
  • Previous experience as a barista is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Attention to detail in all tasks.
