Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, in accordance with company standards. Assist customers with their orders, providing friendly and attentive service to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and manage customer payments efficiently. Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling light snacks or baked goods as required. Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts. Uphold health and safety standards at all times, including proper handling of food and beverages. Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods.

Experience

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of food safety procedures is desirable to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment will be advantageous. Basic maths skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately. Strong time management skills are essential to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods.
