About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and passionate

Barista

to join our vibrant retail team. This role is about more than making coffee - it's about craft, quality, and delivering consistently great customer experiences.

You'll have a strong foundation in specialty coffee, from dialling in espresso to pouring high-quality latte art, and feel confident working efficiently during busy service periods. This is a great opportunity for a coffee professional who takes pride in their work and wants to continue developing their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee to our standards Dial in espresso, steam milk correctly, and produce consistent latte art Deliver friendly, engaging, and memorable customer service Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels across the bar Follow recipes and procedures to ensure consistency Work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, supportive team

What We're Looking For:

Specialty Coffee Skills

Solid experience with espresso preparation and milk texturing Strong attention to detail and quality in every cup

Customer-Focused Approach

Warm, welcoming, and professional attitude Clear and confident communication skills

Team & Work Ethic

Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team Proactive and willing to learn

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of barista experience

(specialty coffee preferred) Full-time availability, including weekends Legal right to work in the UK NCASS Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (training provided if required)

Must be 18+

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
