As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will ensure that every customer receives exceptional service. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Ensure all food items are prepared according to safety and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any queries they may have. Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently. Handle cash transactions accurately while demonstrating basic maths skills. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Manage time effectively to meet customer demands without compromising service quality.

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders accurately. A friendly disposition with excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.

Pay: 12.21-13.83 per hour
