We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a vibrant cafe environment. Your role will involve not only preparing drinks but also ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area, including equipment and workstations. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and assist each other as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Familiarity with food safety regulations is advantageous. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. A willingness to help others and work as part of a team is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00 per hour
