Overview

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Barista's to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Your expertise in coffee preparation and customer service will contribute to an exceptional experience for our customers.

Shifts: 08.30am-14.00pm, 08.00am-15.30pm, 10.00am-17.30pm

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Ensure all food safety standards are met during food preparation and service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring quality and presentation standards are upheld. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic math skills for processing payments. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods while maintaining quality standards. Clearing & sanitising tables, making sure seating area is clean and tidy.

Experience

Previous barista experience is required as no training given Knowledge of food safety practices is required. Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is beneficial. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are required.
