Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers while delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring that each drink meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will be essential in this fast-paced environment. Please note, hourly rates are dependent on age and experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a range of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, including equipment and utensils. Engage with customers in a friendly manner. Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, reporting any shortages to management. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Qualifications

Previous barista experience is essential. This includes the ability to create latte art, maintain the cleanliness of the coffee machine and grinder. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. A passion for coffee and customer service with the ability to work well under pressure. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
