Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils. Assist with food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately, employing basic math skills for processing payments. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications

Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders efficiently. Excellent time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for coffee and the desire to learn more about brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
