Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Assist with food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, including equipment and utensils. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Serving Food and Coffee's Taking Payments Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using basic maths skills. Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment.

Skills

Experience in food preparation is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively and provide help when needed. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders accurately.
