Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist in food preparation, including pastries and snacks, while adhering to hygiene regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining basic maths skills for till operations. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment and support each other in daily tasks.

Skills

Proficient in food preparation techniques and understanding of food safety practices. Strong basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders. Excellent time management abilities to ensure timely service delivery during peak hours. A friendly disposition with a genuine desire to help customers and enhance their experience. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
