We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers while delivering exceptional service and high-quality beverages. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Assist in food preparation and serving, including pastries and light snacks.
Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience.
Handle cash transactions accurately
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Uphold the quality of products by following recipes and presentation standards.
Requirements
Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain hygiene standards.
Strong serving skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
