We're looking for a
Barista

The core hours for this role are SET at 20 hours a week with the shift pattern 10am-2pm MONDAY - THURSDAY & 11am-3pm FRIDAYS. It can also include the occasional 7:30am-11:30am/12pm-4pm cover shift. It's important that you fully understand and are comfortable with this commitment as it's a crucial aspect of the role.

Coffee experience is essential for this role!
Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards
Provide recommendations to customers and be aware allergen procedures
Have pride in your workspace, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and other surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards
Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures
Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
Qualifications
Have experience in a coffee based role.
Previous experience working in hospitality.
Prior knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Friendly, outgoing personality.
Good listening & verbal communication skills.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
