Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, ensuring consistency and quality. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service. Handle cash transactions and operate the till with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, including cleaning equipment and serving areas regularly. Follow food safety standards and health regulations at all times. Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist in food preparation tasks when required, such as assembling snacks or light meals. Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimise wait times for customers.

Skills

Proven

Barista experience

or familiarity with coffee-making equipment is desirable. Knowledge of

food safety

standards and procedures. Experience in

serving

customers with professionalism and courtesy. Basic

food preparation

skills for light meal assembly or snack presentation. Good

basic maths

skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Strong

time management

abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently during peak hours. Excellent communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members.
