Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient

Barista

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining high standards of food safety, and ensuring the cleanliness of the workspace. Previous experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. Duties

Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and service Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other relevant equipment efficiently Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter area, utensils, and equipment Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner Assist in food preparation tasks when required, ensuring quality standards are met Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly

Experience

Previous

barista experience

is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for those new to the role Knowledge of

food safety
