We have a exciting opportunity for you to join us as a barista. Being front of house you'll get involved in creating a high quality of service, beverages and products.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Supporting with store procedures including, opening or closing the store, cash handling, food preparation. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and take orders accurately. Handle cash transactions efficiently and maintain accurate records of sales. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the cafe.

Requirements

Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately. A strong commitment to food safety practices in both preparation and service. Previous experience in food preparation or customer service is preferred but not essential. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
