Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will not only involve preparing coffee and other drinks but also ensuring that our customers have a delightful experience from the moment they walk in.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to food safety standards. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing friendly service. Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items are fresh and presented well. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate till operations using basic math skills. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and support each other during peak hours.

Experience

Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates. Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable. Experience in serving customers in a food or beverage setting will be advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 30 per week
