We are seeking a passionate and skilled

Barista

to join our dynamic team at Machynys Resort. As a Barista, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding coffee experience to our guests -- from expertly crafted beverages to warm, attentive service.

You'll be working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment where attention to detail, a love of great coffee, and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and hot beverages in line with our standards. Maintain a deep understanding of coffee beans, brewing methods, and drink customisation. Deliver outstanding customer service, engaging warmly with guests and building rapport. Keep the coffee bar area clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times. Manage orders efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality and speed. Work collaboratively with the Front of House and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards and procedures.
What We're Looking For:

Previous barista experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality setting is highly desirable. A genuine passion for coffee and excellent product knowledge (or a willingness to learn). Friendly, confident, and professional with excellent communication skills. A strong team player with a flexible and proactive approach. Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure. Reliable, punctual, and well-presented. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
