The Role

We're looking for a

cheerful and enthusiastic Barista

to join our vibrant team in Llanelli. Whether you're crafting a perfect flat white or helping a customer choose between our seasonal specials, you'll bring energy, warmth and a commitment to great service.

You'll be trained in all aspects of food and beverage preparation, and your input will help maintain the high standards Bradleys is known for.

What You'll Do

Welcome customers with a smile and great service Share information about specials and menu items Take orders and process payments (cash and card) Prepare coffee, tea, milkshakes, paninis, toasties, salads, and more Keep customer and work areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked Learn and improve your knowledge of food & drink preparation Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth, efficient service Follow all hygiene, safety, and quality control standards

What We're Looking For

Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude Previous customer service experience (barista or hospitality experience preferred, but not essential - full training provided) A strong communicator and team player Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Able to stand, bend, and move comfortably during shifts Reliable and flexible with working hours
