FCB Coffee is the fastest-growing speciality coffee company in the travel sector. Currently with ten sites, we are fast becoming the go-to destination for speciality coffee. We inspire our teams to consistently produce fantastic coffee through dedicated training and attention to detail.

The store is open from 6:30 am to 8:00 pm, seven days a week. You must be able to get to Paddington for a 6:00 AM start and be available to work both morning and evening shifts. Weekday availability is essential, with a particular need for cover on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with early mornings, enjoys working as part of a team, and is looking for consistent part-time hours during the week.

Skills and requirements :

Up to date knowledge and genuine interest/ passion for the coffee business Barista skills and ability to free pour a variety of latte art consistently would be an advantage Knowledge of hand-brew methods and desire to learn more would be an advantage Good spoken and written English Great customer service skills Ability to work at speed and under pressure

Making fantastic coffee Till transactions Food prep Cafe's opening and closing procedures Customer service

La Marzocco Linea PB two group Mythos One, Anfim and Mahlkonig EK43
