We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve food preparation, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area, including equipment and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the cafe.

Requirements

Previous experience in a barista role is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and making change. A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: 11.44-15.74 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
