Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Duties:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, espresso, and specialty drinks

- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences

- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and beverage recipes

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work well in a team setting and communicate effectively with colleagues

- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
