- You must be a self-starter - someone who can work independently. Training will be provided but we're expecting you to be self motivated, follow given tasks but also notice and carry out additional tasks that need to be taken care of. Attention to detail is key.

- You must be able to engage with and build a rapport with customers

EK BAKERY is looking for a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea and serve cakes from our counter. Barista duties include educating customers on our drinks and food menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items, and taking orders. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience making barista-made drinks. You should be able to most Saturdays between 9am and 5pm
