Main Responsibilities
Ensuring all coffee served meets company standards.
Proactive task execution, working efficiently and independently.
Maintaining a clean and safe coffee machine and equipment.
Upholding cleanliness standards behind the bar and around the espresso machine.
Complying with health and safety standards.
Following all compliance and company standards.
Providing support to team members.
Positive and respectful communication with all team levels.
