Barista : Atmospresso

Atmospresso is seeking a dedicated and experienced

Barista

to join our team. We are looking for an individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and can expertly manage high-volume service, particularly during our busy morning and afternoon peak hours.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Proficiency with Professional Espresso Machines:

Demonstrated experience operating high-quality, 3-group espresso machines (e.g., La Marzocco, Sanremo).

Artisan Coffee Expertise:

A deep understanding of artisan coffee preparation and a passion for crafting specialty coffee beverages.

High-Volume Service Capability:

Proven ability to efficiently serve a high volume of customers, typically around 300 per day.

Cold and Iced Beverage Mastery:

Extensive experience with cold coffee and iced selections, including a strong command of matcha and iced matcha preparations.

Exceptional Customer Service:

A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere where patrons feel valued and can build connections.

Pay: 13.50-15.00 per hour
