Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, frappes, iced lattes and specialty drinks such as Matcha lattes. Ensure that all food preparation adheres to health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils. Assist customers with their orders, providing exceptional service and product knowledge. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments. Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock and assisting with ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment is essential. Strong understanding of food safety practices. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours. A friendly disposition with a willingness to help customers and colleagues alike. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
