We are looking for a

Barista

who is not only passionate about great coffee but also enjoys being part of a family-focused environment. You'll deliver excellent drinks and service while contributing to a space where children and parents feel welcome and at ease.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, teas, and other beverages to consistent standards. Provide a warm, professional, and family-friendly welcome to all guests. Operate the cafe till and POS system, processing payments accurately. Assist with cafe setup, stock management, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service. Support food preparation and service as needed. Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Work collaboratively with the Mome team to ensure a seamless experience for families. Maintain an environment that is safe and welcoming for young children.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Previous barista or cafe experience (minimum 6-12 months preferred). Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment. Excellent customer service skills, especially in a family-friendly setting. Valid Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain as part of the role). Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
