Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Your role will involve preparing a variety of beverages, serving food items, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, including equipment and utensils. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions and operate the till with basic math skills for accurate billing. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
