The Role




As a Barista, you will:


Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, teas, and hot beverages with consistency and flair. Engage warmly with members and guests, delivering intuitive and attentive service. Always maintain cleanliness and organisation across the coffee station. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and restocking supplies. Support the wider F&B team during busy periods with floor or runner duties. Stay updated on seasonal drinks and new menu launches to ensure product confidence.

The Twenty Two is a luxury lifestyle hotel located on London's historic Grosvenor Square. Our property, set within a listed Edwardian manor, combines cultural elegance with modern charm. We offer an all-day public restaurant and a private members' club with 31 bedrooms and suites.


About You




We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellence and culture.


You will have:


Previous experience as a barista in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment. Strong coffee knowledge, including dialling in, milk texturing, and latte art. A calm, engaging, and guest-focused personality. Confidence to multitask and support other departments during service. A genuine interest in ingredients, coffee origins, and drink presentation. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities




Prepare and serve all drinks to standard, including coffees, teas, and signature beverages. Ensure the coffee machine and grinder are correctly calibrated throughout the day. Maintain impeccable hygiene and follow all food safety procedures. Support front of house team with drink orders and guest service. Restock and rotate barista station inventory in line with demand. Contribute to team briefings and training sessions as required.
