We're looking for a Barista to join our support function team. On a daily basis you'll be serving coffee to 500 staff members within the head office of a global music company, and also support with food service in our restaurant. We're looking for a confident Barista who's got a minimum 1 year experience, you don't need to be an expert in latte art but basic hearts etc. would be great!
You'll need to be a team player, great with customers, organised and efficient, have great timing and a can-do attitude. If this sounds like you then please apply!

Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards
Share the story of our menu, and provide recommendations to customers and be aware allergen procedures
The pride in your workspace, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and other surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards
Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures
Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed
Qualifications
