GELATORINO company trading since 2011 for the new site in Kensington high street LaBakery looking a Barista
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food , ensuring food safety standards are met, and providing excellent service to our customers.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee , tea and food, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and surrounding areas Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards during food preparation and serving Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional service Handle cash transactions and operate the till with basic math skills Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Manage time effectively to fulfil customer orders promptly while maintaining quality

Qualifications

Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team
