We're looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team at ISS UK. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering world-class service, ensuring every guest enjoys not just a drink, but a memorable experience.

The Role

As a Barista with ISS UK, you'll bring energy, creativity, and precision to everything you do. From crafting beautiful beverages to engaging with customers, you'll take pride in making every moment special.


Your key responsibilities will include:


Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, specialty drinks, and food items. Delivering a warm, professional, and personalised experience to every customer. Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised service and back-of-house area. Taking ownership of your workspace and continuously seeking ways to enhance service. Handling cash and operating the till system accurately. Staying up to date with drink trends and making informed recommendations. Ensuring all food and beverages meet ISS's high quality and presentation standards. Upholding our health & safety values and maintaining a safe environment for all.

About You

You'll be passionate about coffee and great service, with a natural ability to connect with people. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and take pride in delivering excellence every day.


Key skills and experience:


Previous experience in a hospitality or retail environment, ideally preparing premium coffee. Strong customer service and communication skills. Friendly, approachable, and confident engaging with guests. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and perform under pressure. A proactive, professional, and positive attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
